Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This policy explains how Life Hack Tools (“we”) handles your information in Zobo, a packing checklist app (“the app”). The app needs no account, and it has no ads and no tracking.

01Our approach

The app does not send your plans or checks to our servers. We do not receive or store the contents of your plans or checks.

02What is stored on your device

The following is stored only on your device.

This is deleted when you delete the app.

03Notifications

For each plan, the app reminds you at most twice, at 8 pm the day before and at 7 am on the day, using notifications scheduled on your device (local notifications). They do not go through a server, and the app does not obtain a push notification token.

The app asks for notification permission after you create your first plan. The app works without it. You can change the permission at any time in your device settings.

04Exporting and importing your data

Only when you choose “Export my data” in Settings, the app creates a file (JSON) containing your plans, items, and check times, and opens your device’s share sheet. You choose where it is saved or sent. The app never sends it automatically. Once you pass the file to another app or service through the share sheet, it is outside our control.

When you choose “Import my data”, the app reads the file you picked on your device. It does not send the file to us.

05Checking for app updates

To check whether an app update is available, the app sends technical information, such as a randomly generated install ID, the app version, and the type of operating system, to Expo (EAS Update, 650 Industries, Inc.). This does not include the contents of your plans or checks.

06Diagnostics and analytics

The app does not include crash log reporting, usage analytics, or advertising.

07Web pages opened from Settings

When you open “Privacy Policy” or “Support” in Settings, the app shows our website (lh.tools) in an in-app browser. As with any web page, your device connects to our site.

08Permissions

The only device permission the app uses is notifications (on Android, it also uses a permission to restore scheduled notifications after your device restarts). It does not use the camera, photos, location, contacts, or microphone.

09Deleting your data

You can delete plans and items in the app at any time. When you delete the app, everything stored on your device is deleted. Because our servers do not hold the contents of your plans or checks, you do not need to send us a deletion request. Please delete any exported files from wherever you saved them.

10Changes to this policy

We may change this policy when necessary. Any changes will be published on this page.
