Aido Support

Aido connects care helpers looking for work with care facilities. Facilities post jobs (spot work), and helpers apply for them.

Aido is currently being tested as a TestFlight external test. During testing, please do not enter personal information such as your full name, address, phone number, or medical history.

Information you register

You register your email address, password (managed by Firebase Authentication), display name (a nickname is fine), role (helper or facility), and, for facilities, the facility name. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

Planned features

We plan to add a map view showing the approximate area of each job location, and a feature showing train and bus routes from your current location to a job location. These features are not yet available.
