FAQ

01No parking candidates show up

Pitto searches for nearby parking based on your current location or destination. Please allow Pitto to use location in your device settings and check that you have a good network connection. In areas with weak signal or few listed parking lots, candidates may be limited.

02My current location is off

In underground or indoor parking, GPS accuracy drops and your location may appear off from where you actually are. When saving your parked spot, we recommend a one-tap save near an entrance or where the signal reaches.

03My parked-spot record disappeared

Pitto saves your records as anonymous data with no account required. If you reinstall the app, the anonymous data may not carry over and your previous records may no longer appear. For important spots, it's a good idea to also keep a floor/section note or photo as backup.
