Analysis does not work

Check your connection and try again later. Use a well-lit photo showing the whole meal, without people or personal information in the background.

The estimate seems incorrect

Cooking methods and hidden ingredients affect estimates. Review the name and amount before saving. Changing the name alone does not re-analyze PFC.

Restore a purchase

Use the account for the store where you purchased, then choose Restore Purchases in Settings or the purchase screen. Check your account and purchase history if nothing is found.

Cancel a subscription

Manage the subscription in the store where you purchased. Deleting the app or withdrawing AI consent does not cancel the subscription.

Delete records and photos

Delete a record from its meal detail screen. The app’s saved photo copy is also removed; the original in your photo library is not. Cloud sync and device-to-device transfer are not supported.

Withdraw AI consent

Withdraw consent under AI Analysis Consent in Settings. You will be asked again before another analysis. This does not delete photos already sent to external services.

Manage store subscriptions

An auto-renewing subscription is required. Review the price, billing period and any offer available to you in the app and the store confirmation screen before purchasing.

Nutrition values are estimates from photos. This is not a medical device and is not for diagnosis or treatment. Meal records are stored on your device.

Contact support

Tell us your device, OS, app version, steps and what happened. You do not need to send meal photos, purchase receipts, payment card details or API keys.
