Help and contact information for Batto (amateur baseball scorebook)
01I don't know baseball scoring symbols
That's exactly who Batto is built for. You only tap what actually happened in each at-bat, and the scorebook symbols are assembled for you behind the scenes. The finished scorebook is written in standard notation, so teammates who do read symbols can follow the whole game at a glance.
02Where are my games stored?
No account or sign-in is required. Your games and team rosters are stored only on your device and are never uploaded automatically. That also means deleting the app deletes your records, so for games you want to keep, create a share link (see below).
03I closed the app in the middle of a game
The game in progress is saved on your device automatically. Just reopen Batto and you can pick up right where you left off — handy when a phone call comes in or you close the app by accident.
04How do I show the score to my team?
Tap "Share score" and Batto creates a view-only URL that anyone with the link can open. Paste it into your team chat so everyone can go through the game afterwards. Note that a shared score includes player names, so share it only with people you trust. Nothing leaves your device unless you share it.
05I want a shared score deleted
Use the contact form below and include the URL of the score you want removed. We handle these individually. See the Privacy Policy for details.
06Which languages are supported?
Japanese, English and Vietnamese. Batto follows your device language automatically.

If the above doesn't help, please use the contact form below. For bug reports, it helps a lot if you tell us your device (iPhone / Android) and what you were doing when it happened. For privacy-related inquiries, see the Privacy Policy and send your request through the same form.
