01I can't save my ID photo
Saving requires access to your photo library. Go to your device Settings → InstantID → Photos and allow adding photos (or "All Photos"). The ID photos you create are saved to your device's Photos app (camera roll).
02The background isn't cut out well
Shooting in a bright spot against a plain wall improves the cut-out accuracy. If the hair or shoulders look unnatural, try shooting again somewhere with clearer contrast, or pick a different photo. Cutting out the person is processed on your device (Apple Vision).
03I want to print at a kiosk
From the save screen, tap "Convenience-store print" to build a sheet image and save it to your Photos app. Add the sheet to the kiosk app (e.g. "netprint" for 7-Eleven, "PrintSmash" for Lawson / FamilyMart), then at the store's multi-copy machine choose "Photo print" and print at L or 2L size. Always print at "actual size (100%)". If "scale to fit paper" is on, the photo can end up outside the required dimensions and become unusable. After printing, cut along the guide lines on the sheet.
04I want to buy or restore Pro
In the free version, saved photos may include a watermark. To save without a watermark, purchase Pro (one-time, ¥500) — a single purchase lasts forever. After changing devices or reinstalling, use "Restore purchases" on the purchase screen to carry your purchase over with the same Apple ID (or Google account). With the same account you won't be charged twice.
05Which sizes are supported?
Resume / license (30×40mm), passport / My Number (35×45mm) and visa sizes for many countries — the main standard sizes are supported. Choose the size that matches your purpose.
06Can I change the background color?
Yes. Choose from white, light blue, blue or gray. The person is cut out automatically and placed on the color you pick. All processing happens on your device and is never sent externally.
